Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of aestheticz.in and any purchase you make through it. By browsing our site, creating an account, or placing an order, you’re agreeing to these terms in full.
Throughout this page, “we,” “us,” and “Aestheticz” refer to Aestheticz.in, and “you” refers to anyone visiting or shopping on this site. If you don’t agree with any part of these terms, we’d ask that you not use the site.
Section Two
Eligibility & Your Account
Who Can Shop With Us
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian if you’re younger.
Account Registration
Creating an account is optional — you’re welcome to check out as a guest. If you do create one, you’re responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for anything that happens under your account. Please let us know right away if you suspect any unauthorised use.
Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate, current information when placing an order — particularly your shipping address and contact details, since incorrect information can delay or prevent delivery.

Products, Pricing & Orders
Product Descriptions
We do our best to ensure product images, descriptions, and pricing are accurate. Since jewellery is often handcrafted or made in small batches, slight variations in colour, finish, or size between what’s pictured and what arrives are normal and not considered a defect.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, though changes will never affect an order you’ve already placed and paid for.
Order Acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to purchase, not a guaranteed sale. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, in cases of a pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, or a product being out of stock — in which case we’ll notify you and issue a full refund for anything already paid.
Section Four
Payments
We accept payment through our secure payment gateway (cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets, depending on what’s available at checkout), as well as Cash on Delivery where offered.
All online payments are processed directly by our payment gateway partner — we never see or store your full card or bank details. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully received (or, for Cash on Delivery, once the order is placed).

Shipping & Returns
Shipping timelines, rates, and delivery details are covered in full on our Shipping Policy page. In short: free shipping on orders of ₹999 and above, a flat ₹99 fee below that, with most orders arriving within 3–7 business days.
If something isn’t right with your order, our Return & Exchange Policy explains exactly how returns, exchanges, and refunds work, including which items are non-returnable for hygiene or customisation reasons.

Intellectual Property
Everything on this site — our logo, brand name, product photography, written content, and overall design — belongs to Aestheticz (or is used with permission) and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.
You’re welcome to share our content on social media with proper credit, but please don’t reproduce, resell, or repurpose our photography, designs, or written content elsewhere without asking us first.

To keep this a safe, pleasant space for everyone, please don’t:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to breach our site’s security
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Copy or scrape our content or pricing

Liability & Governing Law
Limitation of Liability
We work hard to make sure everything on this site is accurate and that every order goes smoothly — but to the fullest extent permitted by law, Aestheticz isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or your purchase, beyond the value of the order itself.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of this site or a purchase will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [ADD: your city, e.g. Delhi], India.
Changes To These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time as our business evolves. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
